I supported the redesign of the login and signup experience as part of a broader effort to create a more streamlined transition from the marketing site into the dashboard app. The goal was to modernize one of the first product touchpoints users encountered while keeping the experience aligned with the existing brand and design system.

The previous flow needed a stronger connection to the visual language users were seeing before signup. I helped refresh the onboarding experience with clearer form structure, updated UI patterns, Google address verification, password security requirements, and improved parameter handling. These updates helped the flow feel more polished, more secure, and more consistent with the rest of the user journey.

Because onboarding sits at the intersection of user experience, security, data accuracy, and business needs, the work required balancing clarity with technical and operational requirements. I worked through form hierarchy, validation states, helper text, field behavior, and handoff considerations to make account creation easier to complete while still supporting the information the business needed to collect.

The final direction created a cleaner and more cohesive entry point into the dashboard app. It helped users move from marketing pages to account creation with less friction, reinforced trust at a key conversion moment, and gave the team a stronger foundation for maintaining consistency across the signup and login experience.
